Mr. Ngala Oloitiptip was appointed the Managing Director of Ewaso Ngiro South Development Authority on 1st July 2020. Following his appointment, he effectively joined the Board as per the Authority’s Act Cap 447 of the Laws of Kenya, Subsection (1) (m).
